A few things I've come to believe about marketing.
Early in my career I thought marketing was about reaching everyone. I've since come to think the opposite — it's about being precise: the right message, the right channel, the right moment. Everything else is noise that costs money.
I work best at the seam between data and story. I enjoy the operational side — dashboards, attribution, automation — and the editorial side — finding the brief that makes a campaign land. I'm happiest in teams where those two aren't treated as separate jobs.
Over the last few years I've been thinking a lot about how AI changes the economics of marketing work: what gets cheaper, what stays expensive, and why the thinking — positioning, narrative, judgment — only gets more valuable as execution becomes easier.

Built a custom AI-powered reporting layer from scratch: automated dashboards, attribution models, and a content pipeline that cut weekly reporting from half a day to under an hour.
The brief was simple: leadership wanted visibility without overhead. I mapped the existing data flows, identified where manual effort was highest, and built a stack of connected AI tools around the gaps. The result was a live dashboard with automated alerts, a content scheduler tied to campaign performance, and a reporting template that runs itself. The team now ships faster and spends less time on status updates.
End-to-end creative production across three game titles and 15 countries. TV, digital, OOH, and live events — all running in parallel, on brand, on time.
Working across Paris, London, Berlin, and Warsaw simultaneously, this project required a single source of brand truth that local teams could execute without constant oversight. I authored the brand guidelines, built the briefing process, and managed the agency relationships that produced everything from broadcast spots to in-venue signage. On-time delivery rate across 40+ concurrent deliverables: near-perfect.
Pioneered early advertising formats on Twitch for Biborg clients, building packages before most agencies knew the platform existed.
When Twitch was still a niche, we were already there. I identified the platform as an untapped channel for our gaming clients, built the first structured ad packages in the agency, and sold them into four accounts. The early investment in platform relationships and format knowledge paid off as the space exploded — clients who moved early got disproportionate returns on awareness and engagement.
Led full platform build and go-to-market for a global B2B e-commerce product at Assa Abloy, from agency brief through to launch and first-year growth.
This was a zero-to-one project. I took ownership of the agency relationship, defined the feature scope with the product team, and built the acquisition funnel in parallel with the platform itself. By launch day, organic and paid channels were live, attribution was in place, and the first three months of traffic exceeded the business case projections.
